Recently, the prospectus intention letter was published on the website designated by the CSRC for information disclosure of the Growth Enterprise Market - Juchao Information Network. It was carried out through a combination of online inquiries and sales of EAS anti-theft tags and online pricing and issuance to the public investors. Among them, the offline issuance accounted for 20% of the final issuance quantity of this offering, which was 3.4 million shares; the online issuance quantity was the final issuance quantity of this offering minus the final offline issuance quantity. 
The main business of our company is the research, production and sales of EAS products. The specific products include various hard labels, radio frequency soft labels, acoustic-magnetic soft labels and other anti-theft labels, as well as lock-opening tools, decoders and detectors and other supporting equipment. Our customers are mainly global EAS system integrators and EAS product distributors. 
This round of fundraising is allocated to three major projects: 1) The technical transformation project for electronic goods anti-theft radio frequency soft labels and RFID transponders, with a total investment of 98.29 million yuan; 2) The technical transformation project for electronic goods anti-theft hard labels, with a total investment of 72.46 million yuan; 3) Other working capital related to the main business.
